Services
American Standard Garage Door LLC provides residential and commercial garage door installation, repair, spring replacement, opener installation and repair, and emergency services throughout the Kansas City Metro area. All work is performed by or under the direct supervision of Zach Wallace, owner and lead technician.
Estimates and Pricing
Estimates provided are based on information available at the time of the request. Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during service. Any changes to the scope of work will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
Warranties
Warranty coverage for parts and labor varies by service type. Specific warranty terms will be provided at the time of service completion. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts as specified by the manufacturer.
Deposits
A deposit may be required prior to scheduling your job or ordering materials. All deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has been formally scheduled. In cases where cancellation occurs before any materials are ordered, a partial refund may be issued at the sole discretion of American Standard Garage Door LLC. No refund will be issued after work has commenced. If you have questions about a deposit for your specific job, contact Zach before payment is made.
Scheduling and Cancellations
We make every effort to honor scheduled appointment times. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible by calling or texting (816) 804-0072.
Limitation of Liability
American Standard Garage Door LLC's liability for any service-related claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage resulting from misuse.
